 Reputable Food Chain OPTP Looking for Assistant Manager HR in Karachi-Head Office.

Job Responsibilities:
Candidate must have hands-on experience in all the domains of the Human Resource.
Practical exposure of Recruitment & Selection in an effective & efficient manner.
Expertise in HR Operations and Payroll Management.
Candidate must have excellent practical exposure of MS Tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Lead the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
Able to organize Corporate Trainings for Head office staff. Conducting Soft skills trainings will be a plus.
Other tasks assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors in HR with minimum 5 years of experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Retail background will be a plus for this position.
Location: Karachi
